Series 65 Licensed Client Associate

To support a high-performance environment, the full-time salaried Series 65 Licensed Client Associate will manage operational tasks including processing investment and insurance paperwork, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring timely follow-through on client service requests in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Prepare and process investment and insurance paperwork with precision and accuracy Coordinate new account onboarding and manage underwriting processes proactively Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Required qualifications Three or more years of experience in financial services, client service, or operations Strong competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multi-step workflows from start to finish BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred
