The candidate that is chosen will be either located in Peapack, NJ or Collegeville, PA.Client: PharmaceuticalRate: $75 (MAX including pass through fee) C2H 90 daysNumber of resources: Two (2)Details of Job Description and Technical Skills below:The specific project services listed below have been identified to support the functions and operations of the BT Serialization DACI Team:Support the business to ensure appropriate analysis of system data and process diagnosis in support of escalated business issues resolution happen in a timely fashion, protecting continuity of Pharmaceutical's business operationsEngage in hands-on, technical resolution in the Escalated Issue Resolution ProcessReduce escalated issue volumes via system enhancements and business process improvement influencingUsing insights gained from System Health Monitoring, design and drive strategic SoDe serialization initiatives to achieve broad continuous improvementLiaise with Enterprise Serialization Support (ESM) & BTAMS (Support) teams to provide input into ticket close-out documentation, make KBA suggestions, and feed ESM continuous improvement initiativesBT Serialization Systems SME (PTTS (Various vendor solutions), SCT (Tracelink), Middleware Technologies)Working closely with the BT Solutions Leads to design integration components for CI initiatives as requiredWorking closely with Pharmaceutical Global Engineering and Site Automation Groups for Escalated Issue resolution and CI initiatives as required.Facilitate conversations with product vendors/SoDe team members to drive system improvements and/or bug fixes as appropriateGenerate and maintain KPIs related to overall system health (e.g., system availability time, etc.)Work to incorporate Escalated Issues support into agreed BAU processesEnsure compliance with Global standards for application development, including documentation standards as per GMP.Vendor engagement - product development, including membership of any vendor customer product roadmaps teams.Data Warehousing and Reporting
