Septic / Grease Pump TechnicianCumming, GA / North Atlanta $25–$30+/hr DOE Direct Hire Opportunity with Superior Skilled Trades Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00/5:00 PMSuperior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Septic / Grease Pump Technicians for direct hire opportunities in Cumming, GA. Higher pay may be available for candidates with extensive industry, lead, or supervisory experience.This is a hands-on field technician position—not a traditional CDL driving job. Technicians operate their own pump truck and equipment while performing septic and grease pumping services at customer locations.ResponsibilitiesOperate 2,500–4,000 gallon pump trucks.Locate, expose, pump, clean, and inspect septic systems.Operate a mini excavator and tow equipment.Perform digging, hose handling, and other physical field work.Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers.Document jobs and routing using ServiceTitan.QualificationsPrevious septic, grease pumping, or related pump truck experience strongly preferred.CDL-A preferred, but experienced septic technicians without a CDL will be considered.Mini excavator/equipment experience preferred.Valid driver's license with a clean/reasonable MVR.Must be comfortable performing physical outdoor work.Strong customer service and communication skills.Benefits & Additional EarningsMedical, Dental & Vision beginning within the first week.$150 annual boot allowance.Company-provided field shirts and supplies.Paid on-call opportunities $250–$350 per call.Company-sponsored CDL training may be available for qualified employees.Candidates located within a reasonable commute of Cumming, GA are strongly preferred.
