Job TitleGeneral PurposeOperate the separator process in an efficient manner to maximize production while maintaining product quality and safety.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain the defined processing parameters to achieve optimum efficiencies while minimizing downtimeMonitor and document processes to include quality checks, while administering changes when neededPerform CIP as needed on all related equipment. Perform manual cleaning as necessaryPerform general housekeeping and Master Sanitation schedule task as necessaryReport any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediatelyMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsAttend required training, including but not limited to: GMP's HAACP, SQF, and SafetyThe requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
