The selected candidate will be expected to contribute to various efforts within the E3 Design Support team including design reviews, analysis, and E3 CDRLs development.The E3 engineer will review and provide actionable feedback on system designs to the design teams for various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). They will develop, follow, and apply EMI/EMC principles, techniques, and concepts.
They will provide EMI test witnessing support, develop EMI test plans and procedures, and provide EMI Test guidance to IPTs that need to meet MIL-STD-461G requirements. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $122,800.00 - $184,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
