As a full-time remote Senior P&C Information Systems Analyst, the candidate will manage Workday configuration, system optimization, and client satisfaction while serving as a subject matter expert across various Workday modules including Core HCM and Recruiting. Key responsibilities Lead the analysis, design, and testing of Workday enhancements, translating functional requirements into technical specifications Develop, configure, and maintain EIBs and tools for efficient data loading and integration across systems Drive continuous improvement of Workday configuration and processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and system optimization Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday across multiple modules Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, and strong proficiency in Workday reporting Proven ability to independently lead small-to-medium Workday initiatives or configuration projects Experience with EIBs and data loads across HR systems Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions
