Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Workday HRIS Analyst will drive and implement projects related to the Talent and Performance module, collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance HR operations and ensure compliance with best practices. Key responsibilities Participate in discovery sessions to recommend best solutions on the Workday platform Develop scalable solutions for Global HR teams to improve user experience and security Stay updated on Workday releases to implement new features and drive productivity within HR operations Required qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of Workday experience, with three (3) years in the Talent and Performance module Workday Certification is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field Advanced experience with calculated fields and HR systems Strong technical knowledge of data conversion and mapping
