Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workday Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions, with a strong emphasis on Workday Extend development and direct support for HR users. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing, and documentation of scalable software solutions to meet business requirements Manage large projects through the entire software development lifecycle, including gathering and documenting business requirements Coordinate development activities with team members, vendors, and management while ensuring compliance with change control procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven Workday development experience, particularly with Extend Experience in software development methodologies and project management concepts Familiarity with database management systems and multiple development languages/platforms Experience in directly supporting HR users and understanding their needs
