Senior Workday Analyst at BairesDev
As a Senior Workday Analyst, you will serve as a primary technical expert for Workday HCM and Financials, ensuring the platform is optimized to support complex business operations. You will act as a link between organizational needs and technical execution, delivering sophisticated integration and reporting solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end maintenance of Workday HCM and Financials modules.
- Architect and deploy intricate integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIBs, and Cloud Connect.
- Build advanced Calculated Fields and custom reports to drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
- Oversee the Workday security model to ensure robust data governance and compliance standards.
- Manage the full lifecycle of system enhancements, from requirement gathering through testing and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support for global Workday initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS, Systems Analysis, or Workday administration.
- Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining Workday HCM or Financials modules.
- Proficiency in developing complex integrations using Workday Studio and EIBs.
- Hands-on experience with Workday security models and building Calculated Fields.
- Strong background in reporting, data transformation, and troubleshooting within the Workday ecosystem.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
