Supporting the configuration and maintenance of HR technology, the full-time Senior Workday Analyst will enhance talent management, learning, and performance management processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain Workday Talent processes, including performance reviews and talent assessments Design and implement specialized talent programs and employee development initiatives aligned with organizational goals Administer Workday Learning functionality, including compliance training and onboarding programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience, particularly with Workday Talent & Performance and Workday Learning Experience supporting talent management and learning management systems Proficiency in creating and troubleshooting reports and dashboards Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
