Windows Infrastructure Engineer/Architect
Location: Washington, DC Hybrid (2 days/week)
Duration: 6 Months Contract, with Ext
U.S. Citizen Required
Clearance: Public Trust
Seeking a senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer/Architect with strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure, PKI, Windows Server, hybrid cloud, and Zero Trust environments.
Key Requirements
8+ years of Windows Infrastructure experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
6+ years of Azure/cloud engineering experience
Strong AD, Entra ID, Azure, AD CS/PKI, SSO, RBAC, and federation experience
Experience with NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, CIS/STIG compliance
Strong PowerShell/Python and automation/IaC skills
Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 administration
Networking, DNS/DHCP, GPO, and troubleshooting expertise
Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL4
Strong architecture, documentation, and communication skills
Required Certifications
Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 certification
