Senior Windows AdministratorEntarian is looking for a Senior Windows Administrator supporting the ALTESS Windows team. This is currently a mixed and growing environment of Windows 2019 and Windows 2022.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:Work with the existing Windows team to manage, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot, and support servers for a mixed customer environmentPlan, execute, and implement new system Hardware and Software and create and maintain team technical instructions, operating procedures and policies as neededBe adept at monitoring and tuning system performance, ongoing operation of the servers, hardening of the servers and reporting of the overall security and operational statusRecommend improvements to the enterprise and manage new SW/HW integrations when required while also providing utilization reports using existing tools to identify problems and corrective actions as neededExcellent communication and team skillsProvide support toward the lifecycle of a mixed environment of vendor equipment in the data-center to include firmware version control and periodic preventive maintenanceAbility to recommend, demonstrate, and implement technologies to help expand, upgrade, and increase efficiencies to the current environmentSalary range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00Minimum QualificationsActive DoD Secret Security ClearanceCompTIA Security+Computing Environment (CE) Certification (i.e., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Server+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), RedHat, Palo, etc., can be waived for 30 days after project join dateExperience in Computer Science or ITMinimum five years' experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or Engineer with three or more years' experience in automating assigned tasks utilizing powershellMinimum five years' installing, configuration, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex applications and websites (Internet Information Services (IIS)), Apache, etc.)Minimum five years' experience working in an environment with complex networking solutions with senior level fundamental knowledge in networking principles, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)Minimum five years' experience managing enterprise level Active Directory StructuresMinimum five years' experience creating and maintaining complex MS Group Policy implementationsMinimum five years' experience creating, maintaining, following Standard Operating Procedures for repeatable processes, disaster recovery, and common problem resolutionStrong interpersonal skills and willing to be a team playerDesired QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent years of experienceThree or more years' experience supporting Cybersecurity patch management and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), SRG, RMF, SCA-V, and Cyber Operational Readiness Assessments (CORA)Formed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, Entarian is a premier provider of mission-critical engineering and technology solutions.
