What's the Job?
- Design and develop AI-native workflows to automate high-volume PLM and NPI activities.
- Build integration layers connecting Windchill with enterprise Master Data Management, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and downstream systems.
- Configure, customize, and enhance Windchill applications using Java, APIs, workflows, and event frameworks.
- Automate creation of new part records, ensuring validation and compliance with data standards.
- Develop intelligent workflows for BOM generation, validation, and management to support complex product configurations.
What's Needed?
- Extensive experience with PTC Windchill PLM systems and enterprise integration skills.
- Proficiency in Java, Windchill APIs, and customization techniques.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes and automation strategies.
- Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
