Key Responsibilities Own the experimentation roadmap by prioritizing ideas based on traffic, expected impact, and cost Set and maintain standards for tests, including statistical power and guardrail metrics Design and run critical experiments, particularly on pricing and homepage, while ensuring accurate reporting of results Required Qualifications 6-9 years of experience in conversion optimization, web experimentation, or growth marketing Deep experience with testing platforms like Optimizely or VWO, including program-level setup Strong command of experiment statistics and the ability to evaluate test design and validity Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for building and debugging client-side variations Experience coaching or mentoring others on experimentation practices
