We are unable to sponsor at this timeRequirementsReact (SME Level)JavaScript / TypeScriptResponsive Application DesignJest, RTL, or similar test librariesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.3 - 5+ years of experience in web application development, with at least 3 years focused on React and modern JavaScript frameworks (ES6+).Expertise in designing and implementing micro-frontend architectures.Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS / SCSS, JavaScript), RESTful services, and APIs.

(HTML5 & CSS3).Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and their integration with React applications.Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Proficiency in using build tools like Webpack, Rollup, or Parcel for bundling and optimizing web applicationsExperience with GraphQL is a plus.Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices, including familiarity with tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.Knowledge of web security practices, including understanding of cross-site scripting (XSS), cross-site request forgery (CSRF), and how to secure React applications.Experience working in agile development environments, with a solid understanding of agile principles, practices, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.Strong leadership and effective communication skills.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of high-performance web applications using React and micro-frontend architectures.Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance web platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering with business strategy.Advocate for micro-frontend architectures to improve modularity and scalability.Ensure timely and effective delivery of web applications, focusing on security, performance, and user experience.Mentor junior developers in React best practices and agile methodologies.
