Role Overview
We are looking for an Investor Relations Senior Associate to join our Advisory team. Investor Relations is key to our mission of increasing our generation’s compound growth rate. Our goal is to tech-enable the relationship between client and investment manager, setting clients up for superior investment outcomes and enhanced financial knowledge.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a primary point of contact for investment-related inquiries via email, phone, and video.
- Grow and design systems that drive positive impact across the business: referrals, AUM growth, and user delight.
- Design and reimagine the end-to-end wealth management experience for clients.
- Educate current and prospective clients about investment options and Titan’s role in their broader portfolio.
- Conduct bespoke portfolio analysis for clients (e.g., allocations, transfer options, portfolio perspectives).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Investment Research, Growth/Marketing, Product/Design, Biz Ops & Strategy to focus on what matters most.
- Help build a best-in-class team and company.
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or other client-facing investment roles.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to handle assorted client questions (asset allocation, market perspectives, portfolio positioning, etc.).
- Comfortable with high volumes of client interactions (video/phone calls, large webinars).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and creative thinking to drive product growth.
- Familiarity with investment management principles, asset allocation, alternatives, and quantitative analysis.
- Proficiency with basic financial modeling in Microsoft Excel.
- Data-fluent: able to answer questions, identify opportunities, derive insights, measure progress, and iterate quickly.
- Self-starter with scrappy problem-solving to overcome roadblocks.
- Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 7 and 66) preferred, but not required. Licenses may be obtained after start; unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days.
Compensation: $80K - $200K
