This is a fantastic opportunity to join a best in class wealth management firm with a planning first mentality that is designed to help advisors serve high-net-worth individuals and families. This individual with have access to numerous existing referral channels, in-house advanced planning team support, institutiona‑quality investment solutions, centralized operational support, and advanced technology.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, strong relationship management skills, and prioritizes comprehensive financial planning. They are a self‑starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are motivated to grow both their practice and their clients' financial success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a book of business by building lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to each client's unique goals and evolving financial needs.
  • Partner with internal planning, investment, and wealth management specialists to provide integrated client solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic business development efforts.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience while serving as a trusted long-term advisor.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within an RIA.
  • Demonstrated success growing client relationships and increasing assets under management.
  • CFP, CFA, or other relevant professional designations highly preferred.
  • Bachelor'S degree required. Degrees in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferre
