This individual with have access to numerous existing referral channels, in-house advanced planning team support, institutional-quality investment solutions, centralized operational support, and advanced technology.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, strong relationship management skills, and prioritizes comprehensive financial planning. They are a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are motivated to grow both their practice and their clients' financial success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a book of business by building lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice tailored to each client's unique goals and evolving financial needs.
- Partner with internal planning, investment, and wealth management specialists to provide integrated client solutions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic business development efforts.
- Provide an exceptional client experience while serving as a trusted long-term advisor.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within an RIA.
- Demonstrated success growing client relationships and increasing assets under management.
- CFP, CFA, or other relevant professional designations highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required. Degrees in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
