Senior VP, Transaction Advisory — Lead High-Stakes DD

Stout is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence in our Transaction Advisory practice. You will supervise analysts, manage multiple projects, analyze financial statements, and provide actionable insights to management and deal teams.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in audit or financial accounting due diligence (Big Four preferred), a CPA, and an advanced degree. Travel up to 50% is required.
