YMCA of Greenwich is seeking a strategic Vice President of Philanthropy to lead the organization’s fundraising program and philanthropic strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee major gifts, planned giving, and capital priorities while building donor relations and a high-performing development team.
You will personally manage major donors, collaborate with the CEO and Board, and develop scalable fundraising operations to support future campaigns and organizational growth.
