Senior VoIP EngineerWe are looking for a Senior VoIP Engineer to join our team. This role requires an active Top Secret clearance.As a Senior VoIP Engineer, the individual will oversee and manage all components of the Cisco Unified Communication Manager cluster. In this role, the Engineer will monitor and control the performance and status of voice and video resources across multiple enclaves and locations utilizing software and hardware tools.
In addition, the individual will work to ensure all voice applicable STIGs and vulnerabilities are resolved or mitigated in a timely manner. This full-time position requires a physical presence at the worksite.Responsibilities:Performs testing, provision, operations and emergency responses for voice network operationsDesigns, configures, and installs VoIP hardware/software replacements and upgradesDevelops and maintains all VoIP documentation (drawings, cut sheets, configurations, and deployment plans)Identifies and diagnoses problems and factors affecting voice servicesProvides day-to-day subject matter expert support for RKB tenant agenciesTroubleshoots voice related issues and outages, which may occur during non-core hoursPerforms preventative maintenance services on all devices within the VoIP area of responsibilityMaintains a current understanding of emerging technologies and trends in voice and video servicesPerforms other tasks as required by the Government contracting officeRequired Qualifications/Education and Experience:Must have and maintain a Top Secret personnel clearance and must be eligible for a TS/SCIHigh School diploma or equivalentFive (5) or more years of experience designing, building, and/or maintaining communications systems with minimum of three (3) years of experience with CISCO Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Version 10.5 or newerCisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration or successful completion of the CLCOR examPrior experience with Cisco Unity, Cisco Presences, Cisco Emergency ResponderKnowledge of Cisco UCCXPrior experience with dynamic and static IPv4 routing and integrating with an external SIP providerProficient with SIP, SCCP, MGCP, DSN, PSTN, and H.323 systems and devicesPreferred Qualifications/Education and Experience.Bachelor's degreeEEO Compliance:Ryde is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
