Senior Visual Designer (AI Startup)

MissionHires is looking for a Senior Visual Designer on behalf of a research-driven AI detection platform. This hands-on role will own and evolve the company’s visual identity across brand, web, marketing campaigns, and product touchpoints. How You'll Contribute

• Own and evolve the visual identity and visual system across brand, web, marketing, and product touchpoints.
• Maintain brand assets, guidelines, templates, and design documentation.
• Create marketing materials in partnership with growth, copywriting, and sales teams, including social ads, static ad variants, campaign templates, launch announcements, sales collateral, event materials, and merchandise.
• Design the main website, landing pages, and other digital brand experiences; coding and implementation are not required.
• Lead design projects from brief through final delivery, balancing strategic thinking with high-quality execution.
• Extend the brand into consumer and enterprise product experiences in collaboration with the product team.
• Test, iterate on, and improve advertising creative and campaign visuals.
• Partner closely with founders, the Design Lead, Head of Growth, and product team.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–8 years of experience as a visual designer, brand designer, or closely related design role.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual and brand design work, including visual identity, brand systems, typography, layout, color, and art direction.
• Experience designing modern, interactive web experiences and brand elements.
• Experience creating digital marketing assets, including static social ads, campaign templates, and landing pages.
• Experience in the technology sector, either in-house or through agency work supporting technology clients.
• Ability to work on-site most days of the week.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Experience with Webflow is preferred.
• SaaS or consumer technology experience is a plus.
• Product design or UI/UX experience, along with interest in expanding into product design, is a plus.
• Motion graphics or animation skills are a plus.
• A working portfolio link is required for consideration.

• Base salary of $150,000–$210,000 per year.
