Job Description
- Design, implement, integrate, and provide full support for complex software in a multi‑tiered, multi‑platform environment.
- Maintain and support moderately complex infrastructure environments.
- Perform complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert.
- Ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems to address underlying technical issues.
- Collaborate with business and application development stakeholders.
- Coordinate production readiness reviews for new releases, validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production.
- Perform production readiness reviews and PTO controls for new releases and projects.
- Analyze system requirements.
- Review and evaluate plans for major projects and initiatives to ensure they meet system needs.
- Coordinate monitoring of major changes to infrastructure environment.
- Analyze the most complex issues that arise.
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineering, quality assurance, and app support for capacity monitoring & instrumentation.
- Perform complex incident, problem management and troubleshooting.
- Maintain business and operation relationships to ensure business needs are addressed.
- Interface with other technology groups including Application Development and Support.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in IT network occupation or related fields.
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting corporate wireless infrastructure and overseeing enterprise network traffic flow.
- Experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting remote access technology across multiple vendor platforms to support varied end‑user equipment.
- Experience configuring and managing corporate web and cloud‑based proxies, including URL filtering, content filtering, and web access controls, and troubleshooting complex web access issues.
- Understanding of local and global load‑balancing technologies and ability to apply them to business use cases to enhance network efficiency and resilience.
- Administration of global DNS and DHCP using IP address management tools.
- Handling of routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP, and troubleshooting complex routing issues.
Salary
Base salary range expected to be $214,250.00 - $221,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment.
