Senior Vice President, Process Re-Engineering and Operational Excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of process re‑engineering and operational improvement projects
• Develop and execute programs to reduce customer complaints
• Manage and develop a team who monitors and analyses data
• Analyze operational and customer experience data
• Shape large‑scale re‑engineering programs
• Partner with Senior Operations Managers, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams
• Maintain rigorous governance across all programs

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in banking
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret operational data
• Track record of managing cross‑functional initiatives
• Hands‑on experience delivering process re‑engineering programs
• Strong people management capability
• Excellent project planning skills
• Clear and confident communicator at all levels
