Senior Vice President, ProgrammaticThe Senior Vice President, Programmatic reporting to the Executive Vice President, Partnerships will play a key role on overseeing Programmatic Video for one of our biggest clients. The SVP is expected to deliver both client success and the strategic evolution of the Programmatic client team. This includes spearheading organizational initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, expand revenue opportunities, and improve team capabilities. Acting as a senior representative of the performance media division, the SVP plays a critical role in client relationships and industry presence, promoting the agency's expertise and thought leadership within the marketplace.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Demonstrates expertise in programmatic media strategy, with a particular focus on video, positioning the agency as an industry innovator through high-impact initiatives, and regularly contributing to internal knowledge-sharing and external industry engagementsMarketplace Understanding: Deep technical marketplace understanding across full programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, Clean Rooms, Partners etc), with a focus on adapting strategies to deliver client success particularly in the Video & Upfront marketplaceDrive for Results: Holds accountability for teams delivering exceptional performance and financial outcomes across multiple lines of business, ensuring that all initiatives exceed performance targets and drive sustained growthInnovation: Consistent history of delivering innovation across planning, buying & measurement with a particular emphasis on Tier 1 Video, with a deep knowledge of the upfront marketplaceClient Focused: Cultivates high-level, strategic relationships with top-tier client stakeholders, ensuring the agency is viewed as a long-term, indispensable business partnerFiscal Accountability: Oversees financial performance by expanding relationships with current clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and takes a leading role in new business activityGrowth Generation: Identify growth opportunities, delivering new business development efforts drive organic growth and client retentionCross-Functional Collaboration: Strengthening relationships across departments to build a holistic view of the agency's needs and align on joint objectives.Staffing & Scoping: Oversees client-level staffing including account assignments and resource managementThought Leadership: Sharing strategic insights and suggesting new initiatives to guide the agency's direction and innovation effortsTeam Development: Holds accountability for teams delivering exceptional performance and financial outcomes across multiple client portfolios, ensuring that all initiatives exceed performance targets and drive sustained growthQualificationsB.S.

or B.A., preferably in Marketing or Advertising preferred but not required12+ years in performance media; with an emphasis on Programmatic media, particularly Video & CTV7+ years with increasing responsibility within an agency or media company8+ years of people management experienceProgrammatic Marketing subject matter expertiseExcellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsAbility to lead projects from start to finish, working with internal and external teams to make decisions and maintain forward momentumHigh level of competence in MS Office products; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsExcellent time management / project management skills, with ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levelsAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
