The firm is hiring a Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations for a full-time remote role working closely with colleagues and portfolio company teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and company research, analyzing financial and operational data
• Support investment evaluations and track portfolio company performance
• Prepare written materials such as reports, memos, and presentations
• Assist with project coordination and documentation across portfolio companies
• Participate in virtual meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Contribute to process improvements across the firm's portfolio operations function

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, collaborative environment
• Background in private equity, financial analysis, or portfolio operations
