Responsibilities

• Serve as Division Leader, carrying full responsibility and acting as the senior point of contact across all projects, client relationships, and internal operations.
• Lead the division from pre-award through scale.

Compensation and Benefits

• Circa $300,000-$400,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Very attractive annual discretionary bonus subject to individual and company KPIs; bonus potential is performance-based.
