Senior Vice President - Finance

One of the most exciting, well-funded robotics startups in Greater Boston is hiring a Senior Vice President of Finance with a potential path to the CFO seat. As the company enters its next phase of explosive growth, this is your opportunity to build, scale, and lead the entire finance organization while partnering directly with the executive team, Board, investors, and lenders.

We're looking for a proven finance executive with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience , including success in a startup environment and a background working in robotics, hardware, or manufacturing industries . You'll bring deep expertise in FP&A , accounting (controllership level), strategic finance, raising capital, 409A valuations, M&A, due diligence, and scaling financial operations. A CPA, MBA or Master's in Accounting is a plus.

This hybrid Greater Boston role offers a salary of $250,000-$350,000 (depending on level, industry exposure and depth of experience with early stage companies), plus bonus, equity potential, and an exceptional benefits package.
