Senior Vice President, Client Management

Responsibilities
- Lead growth, retention, and strategic engagement across a portfolio of high-value client relationships, primarily Tier 1 Banking Institutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, aligning client priorities with Curinos’ data-driven solutions
- Coordinate client projects, lead account strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver differentiated client value
- Develop and lead annual strategic account plans, aligning client goals with Curinos’ growth and solution roadmaps
- Champion CRM and data analytics tools to provide pipeline visibility, support forecasting, and inform strategic decisions
- Apply deep product knowledge and market insights to articulate Curinos’ differentiated value and shape client conversations
- Lead complex contract renewals, pricing strategies, upsells, and commercial negotiations with internal stakeholders
- Independently resolve moderate-to-complex client issues, escalating critical risks appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliver integrated solutions
- Mentor and coach junior client management staff to strengthen team capability and succession planning
- Identify operational and process improvements that enhance client delivery and outcomes
- Own and actively manage a multi-deal, dynamic pipeline with timely, accurate data and internal alignment
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
- 8+ years in financial services or consulting with proven leadership in managing complex client relationships and sales strategies
- Ability to lead and influence C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Track record of revenue growth and retention targets
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, deal structuring, and financial impact discussions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive influence skills, with boardroom experience
- Ability to mentor and develop talent while fostering professionalism and excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce, and CRM-driven pipeline management
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Compensation : A competitive base salary of $200,000 – $220,000 annually with a lucrative commission structure. The expected total compensation target is $300,000, depending on experience and performance.
