Supporting the Strategic Vendor Governance office, the full-time Senior Vendor Governance Analyst will provide performance analytics and operational support for strategic vendor relationships, focusing on tracking vendor performance and ensuring governance processes are executed effectively in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Collect, validate, and analyze vendor performance data, identifying trends and risks while maintaining dashboards for leadership reviews Support governance operations including quarterly business reviews and prepare executive materials summarizing vendor performance and financial impacts Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely information flow and compliance with governance standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, operations, finance, or analytics Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and vendor risk management tools preferred Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
