ML Realty Partners is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Director to oversee quarterly valuation and reporting for a diversified industrial portfolio. You will lead ARGUS Enterprise runs, integrate market rents, leasing projections and budgets, and generate insightful quarterly analyses.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in CRE valuation, a Real Estate or Finance degree, and strong Excel skills, with CFA/MAI preferred. This role reports to Senior Director and will guide a small analytics team.
