Leading strategic validation initiatives, the full-time Senior Validation Analyst will manage technology assessments, validation efforts, and operational support for GxP technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and system integrity. Key responsibilities Lead system validation efforts, including developing validation deliverables and managing validation projects Support the validated state of applications through change management and periodic review activities Investigate incidents during validation, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, life sciences, or a related field 8+ years of experience in a Quality or Technical role with direct validation leadership experience Experience with validation and maintenance of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) in a GxP environment Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical/CRO industry regulations and guidelines (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
