UX Researcher/StrategistAs a UX Researcher/Strategist, you’ll be responsible for driving and executing research to influence the design of ETS’s products and empower our product owners with the insights they need to make well-informed decisions. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, developers, business analysts, and marketing to understand the needs of users by planning and employing a variety of methods, including generative and evaluative studies, primary and secondary research, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
