Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to design complex, data-rich enterprise applications within the Asset Management, Wealth Management, Financial Services, and FinTech domain.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with end-to-end UX design, Figma, user research, design systems, data visualization, usability testing, and enterprise application design . The candidate should be comfortable translating complex financial workflows and data into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process , including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and final design.
• Design intuitive experiences for complex, data-intensive enterprise applications .
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns using Figma.
• Design dashboards, portfolio management tools, reporting interfaces, and data visualization experiences .
• Conduct user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability studies, and user testing .
• Translate user research, business requirements, and complex workflows into effective UX solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Stakeholders, Financial Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and Operations Teams .
• Establish UX standards and ensure designs meet accessibility and WCAG guidelines .
• Present design concepts, recommendations, and design rationale to executive and technical stakeholders .
• Partner with development teams throughout implementation and provide detailed design specifications and handoff documentation .
• Ensure designs are scalable, consistent, responsive, accessible, and aligned with development standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or FinTech .
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma , including:

  • Variants
  • Interactive Components
  • Prototyping
  • Design System Management
• Strong experience designing B2B and enterprise applications .
• Proven experience with end-to-end UX design methodologies .
• Strong knowledge of user research, usability testing, journey mapping, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping .
• Experience designing data-rich dashboards and complex data visualization .
• Strong understanding of financial data, investment workflows, and complex business processes .
• Strong knowledge of responsive web and mobile design principles .
• Strong understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines .
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to executives, product teams, developers, and business stakeholders .

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, Trading, Investment, or Asset Management platforms .
• Experience with institutional and retail investment workflows .
• Experience creating enterprise-level Design Systems and UI Component Libraries .
• Knowledge of financial data visualization and analytics .
• Experience collaborating with Agile/Scrum product and engineering teams.
• Experience working with developers on design-to-development handoff and implementation .
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1/2.2 and accessibility best practices .
