With 4–6 years of UX design experience, you will shape strategy, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality digital products.
You will own end-to-end UX processes, develop personas and journeys, build and maintain a scalable design system, and advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
