We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong Figma expertise to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred, especially working with complex workflows, regulated environments, or clinical users.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for web and/or mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions
- Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and design best practices
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes, design systems)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
- Experience designing complex workflows or data-heavy applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the healthcare domain (EHRs, clinical tools, patient apps, health tech platforms, etc.)
- Familiarity with healthcare usability, accessibility, or compliance considerations
- Experience working in agile or product-driven teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with usability testing tools or user research methods
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML/CSS)
