Senior User Acquisition Manager (Fully Remote)

• Own paid UA from zero, including channel selection, media plan, test structure, and budget logic.
• Drive geo × channel × creative × audience testing to find what works.
• Set up MMP, attribution, and cohort analysis; track CAC, ROAS, and LTV honestly.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years in paid UA on mobile consumer products, with gaming or entertainment a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AppLovin, Unity, Moloco, Mintegral, Liftoff, Meta, TikTok, and Google App Campaigns.
• Deep buying experience in Japan or Asia, and a feel for global consumer culture including US, Japan, and Korea.
