GTSC seeks Senior Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer , with Windows Server 2019, 2022 or higher patching skillset.

Location

This position is onsite Washington DC US House of Representatives, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Position is on-call during non-business hours and hybrid-eligible subject to PMO approval.

Mission

As a Senior Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer, you will support an enterprise mobility environment by engineering, administering, and maintaining secure endpoint management solutions. You will provide technical leadership for enterprise mobile device management, endpoint security, configuration management, and mobility services supporting House staff, leadership, and executive users.

This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex endpoint management challenges across enterprise Windows and mobile environments.

Education

There is no degree requirement. Expertise matters.

Required Expertise

  • 5+ years of enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) engineering or administration.
  • 4+ years supporting Workspace ONE UEM in an enterprise environment.
  • 4+ years supporting Windows Server 2019 or newer.
  • Experience with Windows Server administration, vulnerability remediation, and patch management.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience supporting enterprise mobile devices, endpoint management, and mobility platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to participate in flexible scheduling, planned maintenance windows, and 24x7 on-call support.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have current or very recent Public Trust clearance. Must be able to begin work immediately without need for background investigation to receive Public Trust.
  • Must successfully complete required background investigation and security training.
