Miratech is seeking a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to join our Global UC Engineering team in the Americas. You will design, implement and operate Cisco Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center, and related UC services across the enterprise, ensuring reliability, security and compliance.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in UC engineering, hands-on Webex administration, strong networking fundamentals, and experience with SIP Trunking, E911 and Splunk monitoring.
