Senior Underwriting Counsel - Real Estate Risk Leader

First American Financial Corp. is seeking a Senior Commercial Underwriting Counsel to join our National Commercial Services team in Tampa, FL. This role provides underwriting counsel and authorization for real estate title insurance commitments and policies.

You will apply underwriting standards, evaluate risks, and guide internal teams on settlement services and transaction matters. A law degree and 8-10 years of title underwriting experience are required.
