To support innovative risk assessment practices, the full-time Senior Underwriter - IL Licensed will manage the quoting and approval of Lessor's Risk Only (LRO) and habitational business while ensuring compliance with state regulations, working remotely or in a hybrid model from the Chicago office. Key responsibilities Quote and release new and renewal LRO and habitational business based on underwriting algorithms and authority thresholds Analyze and approve requested policy changes across the LRO and Habitational portfolio Monitor portfolio composition through reports, audits, and inspections while maintaining open communication with team members Required qualifications 4+ years of underwriting/insurance experience with a strong LRO background Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred Retail agency relationship experience preferred Proficiency in AI and a desire to seek automation opportunities Curiosity and a positive attitude, with a willingness to share and receive feedback
