What You Will Do
- Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.
- Develop interactive components with React, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
- Create design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across products and platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and user flows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the design process.
- 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with a solid understanding of React for interactive design.
- Experience in creating user-centered designs through research and testing methodologies.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Familiarity with Framer for prototyping and animation.
- Experience working in a startup environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in design.
