Senior UI/UX Designer/Product Designer

Location: Redmond, WA

Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI/UX Design, or a closely related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design, visual design, interaction design, and thoughtful problem solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including high-fidelity design, prototyping, components, and design systems.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools in a design-to-UI, prototyping, or interface-generation workflow.
• Ability to explain how a design was translated into generated UI, how the output was evaluated, and how the experience was refined.
• Strong visual judgment and attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction, and consistency.
• Experience collaborating across large, cross-functional, highly matrixed organizations.
• Excellent verbal, written, visual, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Agility, flexibility, and a growth mindset when learning new tools and navigating ambiguity.
• US Citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card) required.

Portfolio Expectations:

• Case studies showing the design problem, process, key decisions, and final experience.
• Examples that demonstrate strong visual and interaction design craft.
• At least one example of using AI-assisted tooling to support prototyping, UI generation, or a design-to-development workflow.
