Senior UI Designer

Senior UI DesignerWe're looking for an experienced UI Designer to create clean, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role is responsible for translating user needs, business requirements, and brand standards into engaging interface designs and interaction models.The ideal candidate has strong expertise in visual design, interaction design, accessibility, and design systems, and works closely with UX, product, and development teams to deliver consistent, scalable, and user-centered experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesUI Design & Visual CraftApply strong visual design principles including typography, color theory, spacing, grid systems, and visual hierarchyTranslate brand guidelines into intuitive and consistent UI designs across digital platformsDesign high-quality user interfaces for web, mobile, and responsive experiencesEnsure visual consistency and polish across all products and touchpointsInteraction & Experience DesignDefine interaction patterns, states, transitions, and feedback loops aligned to user behavior and system responsesDesign engaging motion and micro-interactions to enhance usability and experience qualityCreate experiences that function seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices using responsive, adaptive, and fluid design approachesDesign Systems & ScalabilityContribute to and evolve design systems, including reusable components, patterns, and standardsApply Atomic Design methodology to build scalable and maintainable UI systemsCreate and manage design tokens, style variables, and theming standards in collaboration with development teamsEnsure consistency across products through structured component libraries and design governanceAccessibility & UsabilityEnsure all designs meet WCAG (A11y) accessibility standards and inclusive design best practicesAdvocate for accessibility-first design thinking across all experiencesDesign Execution & DeliveryCreate wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design intentDevelop low-to-high fidelity prototypes that simulate real user interactionsProduce detailed design specifications, annotations, and assets to support design-to-development handoffCollaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designsCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner closely with UX designers, product owners, developers, and business stakeholdersParticipate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative improvementsStay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practicesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field.7+ years of experience in UI design, product design, or digital designStrong portfolio demonstrating UI design, interaction design, and design systems workExpertise in Figma (Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus)Strong understanding of: Visual design fundamentalsInteraction and motion designResponsive and adaptive designExperience working with design systems, component libraries, and Atomic Design principlesExperience applying enterprise brand standards within digital interfacesStrong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practicesExperience collaborating with development teams and supporting design handoff processesStrong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile or Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with usability testing and user research methodsBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts for collaborationExperience with design system tooling (Figma libraries, tokens, etc.)Familiarity with accessibility testing toolsFamiliarity with leveraging AI-assisted design tools or designing interfaces for AI-driven products."
