What You'll Do
* Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of trust and fiduciary accounts.
* Administer revocable, irrevocable, charitable, and other complex trust relationships in accordance with governing documents and fiduciary standards.
* Interpret trust documents and ensure compliance with fiduciary responsibilities, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
* Guide beneficiaries, families, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors through trust administration and ongoing fiduciary matters.
* Coordinate discretionary distributions, trust reviews, estate administration activities, and ongoing client needs.
* Collaborate closely with investment, tax, operations, and administrative teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
* Participate in fiduciary reviews, new account acceptance, and ongoing risk management discussions.
* Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring all accounts remain compliant with applicable regulations and company policies.
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, estate administration, or as a Trust Officer.
* Strong understanding of trust administration, fiduciary principles, trust documents, and estate planning concepts.
* Experience working directly with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors.
* Estate settlement (death administration) experience is highly preferred.
* Experience with Special Needs Trusts is a strong plus.
* CTFA preferred; JD, CFP, CPA, or other fiduciary-related credentials are a plus.
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
* A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional, white-glove service.
Why Join?
* Competitive base salary plus annual incentive bonus
* Dedicated Trust Administrator support
* Lower account volumes that allow for deeper client relationships
