Senior Trial Attorney - Workers' Comp Defense & Training

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to handle highly complex workers' compensation defense cases at the state administrative process (trial level) in California. You will take depositions, research, prepare pleadings, and appear at hearings on behalf of the company.

The role requires 7+ years of trial experience, strong communication and leadership skills, willingness to travel extensively, and the ability to train and mentor junior attorneys and Claims staff.
