Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney with over 10 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.

The ideal candidate must have proven first-chair trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a range of cases, with a focus motor vehicle accidents
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes, including mediations and arbitrations when necessary.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations, ensuring the utmost professionalism and ethical conduct at all times.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law, including case management, billing, and client communication.
• Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the cause of the accident, assess liability, and estimate damage costs.
• Collaborate with a team of paralegals, case managers, and attorneys to ensure effective and efficient case handling.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas bar and in good standing.
• 10+ years of experience in personal injury law, specifically in handling high-value motor vehicle accidents.
• Proven first-chair trial experience is required.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
