Senior Treasury Operations Manager

To build and own the treasury function across a multi-entity platform, the full-time Senior Treasury Operations Manager will manage cash control, fraud defense, investor servicing, and treasury modernization in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Communicate proactively with leadership regarding any cash shortfalls, bounced wires, or covenant issues, alongside proposed solutions Oversee fraud defense and payment controls across multiple banking relationships, ensuring strict protocols and dual controls are in place Execute capital calls and preferred return payouts while maintaining accurate reconciliations for over 300 investors Required Qualifications 7 to 12 years of treasury or multi-entity cash management experience Experience managing complex cash operations through at least one full rate cycle CPA, CTP, or relevant Master's degree preferred Proven ability to implement automated reconciliation and utilize modern treasury platforms Clean background and credit history required due to dual-authorization wire authority responsibilities
