About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to support global treasury operations for a growing organization. This position will play a key role in cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt administration, banking operations, treasury reporting, and corporate risk management.

The Senior Treasury Analyst will work closely with Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Operations, and external banking partners to ensure effective cash utilization, maintain compliance with debt requirements, improve forecasting, and enhance treasury processes and controls.

This is an excellent opportunity for a treasury professional who enjoys a combination of hands-on treasury operations, financial analysis, forecasting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Management & Liquidity

  • Manage daily cash positioning and global liquidity reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain the company's 13-week cash flow forecast.
  • Analyze forecast-to-actual cash performance and identify key drivers and variances.
  • Partner with FP&A and business leaders to improve cash forecasting accuracy.
  • Perform financial analysis supporting liquidity and capital planning decisions.

Treasury Operations

  • Execute and monitor wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions.
  • Serve as a key contact for banking partners and routine banking activities.
  • Manage bank account administration, including account openings/closures, signatory changes, and user access.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls, and payment authorization procedures.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of treasury policies and procedures.
  • Support treasury system enhancements, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Debt & Covenant Compliance

  • Partner with FP&A to prepare debt covenant calculations and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain debt schedules and support lender reporting requirements.
  • Track borrowing activity, interest expense, and debt repayments.
  • Assist with forecasting debt balances and interest costs.
  • Support refinancing activities, financing transactions, and other capital structure initiatives.

Insurance & Risk Management

  • Support administration of the company's corporate risk management and insurance programs.
  • Coordinate annual insurance renewals with brokers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and ensure timely fulfillment of customer, vendor, landlord, and contractual requirements.
  • Support claims administration and coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, banking, or a related area.
  • Experience with cash forecasting, cash management, and liquidity planning strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting debt compliance, covenant calculations, and lender reporting is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting corporate insurance programs, broker relationships, or COI administration is a plus.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and online banking platforms preferred.
  • Experience with OneStream, Power BI, or similar reporting/analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
