Key responsibilities Re-engineer reconciliation processes and identify workflow gaps to enhance operational efficiency Support employees through a ticketing system and provide training on travel and expense tools Lead automation projects and integrate AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience in Travel and Expense management, data analytics, or corporate card reconciliation Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience with process re-engineering and data automation tools like Alteryx Ability to interpret complex data and present it effectively
